Free Days at U.S. National Parks – California

Reminder: Another fee-free day at U.S. National Parks is coming up — June 5-6, 2010. More than 100 national parks will waive entrance fees for certain Free Days this year, including several in the San Francisco Bay Area, like Muir Woods, San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park, and some of our California favs like Yosemite National Park.

Hotel Term Defaults Push U.S. CMBS Delinquencies 54 bps Higher
NEW YORK-- October 12, 2009 --The reprieve is over for U.S. CMBS as delinquencies resumed their upward trajectory to end the month at 3.58%, according to the latest Loan Delinquency Index results from Fitch Ratings. The hotel sector now leads as the property type with the largest proportion of delinquencies at 5.83%.
