• Best Western Charleston Plaza Hotel, Charleston, WV: A joint venture project with Penta Hospitality, CA. SWHM successfully managed and completed the rennovation and conversion of the hotel to Best Western brand. The hotel has 160 rooms and 9 floors, with great downtown location. Walking distance to CAMC Hospital, Charleston Civic Center and Charleston Town Center Mall.
