Since 2004, we have invested in our own hotels, and worked to help our franchised hotel partners build structures, markets, and brands; develop and implement operational and fiscal strategies; and continually change with the times, always staying ahead of the competition. Our History

In 2004, our founder, Ash Patel, set out to manage, develop, and invest in premier, branded hotels across the United States. Today, his vision to own, build, and manage hotels, is reality. Southwest Hospitality Management has grown into a solid hotel management company with the help of smart, motivated employees and supportive directors, including:

Our commitment to excellence in guest services, maximizing profits for owners, maintaining strong principles, and supporting a healthy culture is how we keep the vision alive. That’s why, today, we own and/or manage 12 assets with more than 1,000 guest rooms for brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG), Best Western, and Wyndham, from the West to the Midwest regions of the United States.
